  • Each card is a form type with a count of how many exist for you. Cards you may see include:
    • IPR: Internship Performance Record — your internship evaluation
    • SCPR: Student Clinical Performance Record
    • PPR: PSEL Principal Performance Record
    • Disposition: A disposition survey completed about you
    • Field Experience: Your own entries for reporting field experience
    • Unit Rubric: Your interdisciplinary instructional unit, scored
    • Course Embedded Rubric: A course assignment scored against a rubric
    • Pillar I / II / III Rubric: Pillar rubric evaluations
    • Pillar I Interview Rubric: Your pillar interview, scored
  • Select a card to list those records, then View on a row to read one in full, including every score and the evaluator's comments.
  • A count of zero means nothing of that type has been submitted about you yet.
    • That is normal early in a program, and it is not something you can change — ask your instructor or supervisor if you expected something to be there.

Option 6 Timesheet:

This applies to Option 6 candidates only. If you are not in an Option 6 program this card will be empty, and that is expected.

From your home page, select View Your Timesheet.

  • The page shows the mentoring time recorded for you: the date of each session, the category, the description of the activity, the time spent, and the initials confirming it.
  • This record is read-only for you.
    • Entries are added by your district-based mentor or your university supervisor after each session.
    • If time you completed is missing, raise it with your mentor or supervisor — you cannot add it yourself.
