My Tasks Board:
Every user has their own My Tasks Board in Asana. This board cannot be deleted or renamed
-
Overview
- This is your personal “project board” that you can add tasks you need to complete to.
- If someone assigns you a task, that task will appear on your My Tasks Board.
-
Just like a regular Project Board, you can customize your My Tasks Board by:
- Editing section names
- Adding rules
- Adding fields/custom fields
-
Best Practices for Your My Tasks Board:
-
Treat it like your daily to-do list.
- Manage your tasks in your My Tasks Board rather than in each project.
- Prioritize your tasks by creating new sections and rules to arrange tasks from most important to least urgent.
- Keep the list up to date.
-
Treat it like your daily to-do list.
-
Other Information:
- When you mark a task “Complete” on your My Task Board, Asana will also mark it complete on the Project Board.
