To reset your password using OneLogin:

Go to https://cumberlands.onelogin.com/login2#action=password_reset
- Enter your UC username or email address, then click Continue
- If asked, choose your authentication method:
- If you have OneLogin Protect or Google Authenticator on your mobile device, you can approve the login, then follow the prompts to set a new password
- If you have your account security questions set up, answer the security questions, then follow the prompts to set a new password
- If you have OneLogin Protect or Google Authenticator on your mobile device, you can approve the login, then follow the prompts to set a new password

- Students can go to the following link to reset their password: https://webservices.ucumberlands.edu/account/pw/
