Student Academics: View My Grades


Viewing Grades in myUC Workday:


After logging in to myUC, please follow these directions:


  1. Click on Student located on the left corner of the screen.
  2. Click on Academics Hub. 
  3. Locate the “Academic History” section on the right side of your screen, and click on My Grades.
  4. Choose either View My Interim Grades or View My Grades.
  5. Fill in the required blanks in order they appear.
    • Student Record: choose the academic level in which you took the course
      Note: If you have only taken courses at the undergraduate level, this will be your only option.  If you have taken courses at the undergraduate and graduate levels, both will show as options.
    • Academic Period: choose the term in which you took the course
  6. Once you have filled in the blanks, click OK.


You should now see a list of courses you took for the selected term and the grades you received for each course.
